Critical people will often times question the call of God on your life.
Be resolute, steadfast, immovable, and unshakeable. Jesus didn't go
around trying to "prove" who He was. He just WAS and DID according to
what He was called to do by the Father regardless of what others
thought.
His life was a living example. Let your life be a "LIVING EXAMPLE" and when all is said and done, "Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation." 1 Peter 2:12. And in doing so, thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward you (Proverbs 25:22).
The "heap coals of fire upon his head" is not to indicate an added punishment or condemnation on the individual but more of a "melting the individual into kindness", genuine repentance for the person injured, and a cause for self-examination that causes a "turning away" from his misbehavior.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven - Matthew 5:16.
